Duties, Taxes And Import Fees Policy

At DOZPrint®, we ship custom promotional products to customers worldwide. Depending on the destination country, international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other government charges.

Orders Under $1,000

For orders with a total value of less than $1,000 USD, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other import-related charges are the customer’s responsibility.

These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are not included in the product or shipping price unless specifically stated in your quotation or invoice.

Orders of $1,000 or More

For qualifying orders with a total value of $1,000 USD or more, DOZPrint® may offer a Duty & Tax Paid shipping option, where DOZPrint® covers applicable import duties and taxes.

This service must be confirmed with our sales team before the order is placed. Availability may depend on the destination country, product type, shipment method, and applicable customs regulations.

Please note that orders of $1,000 or more do not automatically include duties and taxes unless your quotation, invoice, or order confirmation specifically states that they are included.

Customs Clearance

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and recipient information and, when required, cooperating with the carrier or local customs authorities to complete customs clearance.

Additional charges resulting from incorrect information, refused shipments, storage fees, address changes, or special customs requirements may remain the responsibility of the recipient.
